Dear Friends of the Dharma:

Please note we will be joining RKNY every Sunday online from April through May. I look forward to seeing as many of you as can make it, and I will keep you posted on Facebook with the ID# for signing in with Zoom each week. Go to Rissho Kosei-kai of Fort Myers on Facebook for that information.
I wish all of you to be safe, be healthy, and be at ease right now. Remember, I am always here for you if you need to talk. We are family.
This morning I listened to the Religions for Peace online prayer event. Religious leaders from all over the world representing all major religions, including Jain, Sikh, Baha’i, Hindu, and native American, recited a short prayer from their tradition along with a reflection. Some points I wish to share are: that we all need the darkness to see the stars; times like these require us to reflect, repent, and do better; no matter our faith, we are all one in our desire to help; we are all interconnected; Mother Earth needs us to do better; be grateful for what we have, for many are suffering through this with much less, and may have already lost a loved one.

Thinking of you
